Terms and Conditions

a) Delivery

For items that are currently held in stock we always endeavour to despatch on the same (working) day that we receive the order. Please note however that the latest time that we can process orders for same day despatch is 3pm on weekdays. Orders received after this time or at week-ends or Public Holidays, will be despatched on the next working day.

All UK and BFPO orders are sent First Class via Royal Mail and require a signature upon receipt. Delivery costs are calculated based on the number of items that you order:

Orders to be delivered to addresses outside the UK are sent by airmail and require a signature upon delivery.

(b) Returns

Every item despatched includes information that you can refer to in the event of having to send something back to us. Please note that we will only accept returned items  which are sent back within one month of their original despatch date and in an UNWORN CONDITION.

We strongly advise that you use registered post for returns, to ensure traceability in the event of the items going astray. Merely providing proof of posting is not sufficient if you require a refund or exchange.

(c) Stock Availability

The availability of each item is displayed next to it. If an item is shown as unavailable, please contact us for an update on when it will become available.

Please note however that due to the way our Italian manufacturers operate we regret that some items may remain unavailable once we have sold our initial stock. If you want time to make your mind up, please call us and we will put an item back for you for up to 24 hours to allow you to make a decision.

(d) Secure Payments

We operate a secure online payment system. All payments are processed through Protx who operate the necessary encryption of any credit / debit cards. (e) Consequential Loss

We will not be held liable for any loss that may consequently arise from the use of our site, nor from  anything related to it, including our nominated carriers.

(f) Privacy Policy

Panglossian Ltd do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. Cookies are used on this shopping site only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

(g) Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by the Terms & Conditions listed on this page.
